The order book is full because the day to commemorate the Nakba, the great expulsion, is near. On that day, many women want to wear items of clothing that show the rich tradition of Palestine: heavy, lavishly embroidered coats, long dresses, skirts with elaborate patterns. Or silk blouses whose embroidered motifs were invented by women who lived hundreds, maybe a thousand years ago and which have hardly changed since then. Only the cuts are adapted to today's fashion.
