Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review the following policy.
Eligible Returns
Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Reasonable reason for return according to Dar Noora policies
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied:
- Custom-made garments
- Personalized products
- Made-to-measure items
- Altered products
- Embroidered-to-order items
Exchanges
Dar Noora Heritage House does not offer product exchanges.
If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins.
Once production has started for a custom or personalized item, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number together with photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
