- Custom-made and personalized products require additional production time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, but Dar Noora is not held liable for third-party service.
